He also leaves to cherish his memories; his maternal grandparents, Howard & Daisy Williams; fraternal grandmother, Annie Cruthirds of Bruce,MS; a special mentor who helped rear him, Darren Coffey of Calhoun City, MS and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

"THE ANSWER"

MOTIVATION-word meaning a certain drive to achieve, stemming from support. DETERMINATION-the drive to achieve that stems from motivation. You could have determination without motivation, but a lot of people forget the meaning of both. Punishment and isolation only sometimes drives motivation. Punishment and isolation can also corrupt the mind. The mind is powerful. If the mind wants to do something, it will try. If isolation blocks the bettering of a mind, all hope for further knowledge will eventually shut down. If isolation reserves with duration, the hopes of " betterment" are futile. If you strip a man of everything he has for a certain amount of time, he will become obedient on his own. Perfection isn't to be rushed, only to be embraced. If you rush perfection your results will not reflect your toil. I you strip man of all his deserves and wants and give him tools, he will build a might house, but isolation without opportunity is a bridge with no support. If you take everthing you instilled in a man from a man, the man will eventually find a way to make his own, if given the opportunity. "Opportunity given is rewards reaped plentiful." With that in mind, never give a man more room to build until he is ready. An unready but willing man needs no outside influence, for it is instilled in him to achieve already. Reiterating pointless points is like things to fill a broken bottle. Heal the bottle, then fill it with bountiful knowledge. If you give a silent man, the opportunity to speak, there will be less violence among brothers. Silencing a man with a dream is like filling a balloon until it bursts. No one ever let me share how I feel, my opinion. No one ever felt they wanted to hear it until I made a fool of myself. If people weren't so closed-minded about things, they will see. Iam a provoked man, who will never be heard, who will never get the chance to voice an opinion that really matters.
If you suffocate a man's spirit, determination,and drive,then all hope will die, meaning that if you don't give me a chance to better myself FOR myself without being enclosed an outside influences, the light will eventually smother out and die into darkness. It's impossible to give a stubborn man a chance, but a smart man pre-dreamed will still find a way out. No one should have outside influences until they are needed to inspire. A man also needs an outlet to channel all burdens and stress, instead of letting it bottle up an explode.
In this letter, I speak of a man who is bright, but shaded, lacking the correct tools and environment to achieve, constantly told what to do with the right mindset and all of the tools, with no drive to do so. All this man needs is the opportunity, nothing more. If you give him these things and hardships to motivate, HE WILL SHOW YOU THE BEST MAN YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE TO SEE FROM---------
