Anthony Brand

Anthony Brand, 64, a beloved member of his community, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Sanctuary Hospice in Tupelo, Mississippi. 

Born in Houston, Chickasaw County, Mississippi, on October 16, 1959, Anthony Brand's life was a testament to compassion, strength, and dedication. His memory will forever be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Anthony was a devoted son to his parents Joseph Brand and Willie Lee Brand. He now rests in peace, reunited with them in eternity. He is survived by his loving sons, Joey Anthony Brand and Fred Brand; and daughters, Kanisha Brand and Aiasa Brand. In addition to being a caring father, Anthony was a supportive brother to his brother, Joseph Brand; and sister, Mattie Brand.

To honor and celebrate the remarkable life of Anthony Brand, visitation services will be held on Friday, March 22, 2024, from the hours of 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Center Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Houston, Mississippi. The funeral service will take place the following day, Saturday, March 23, 2024 at the same location starting at 1:00 PM.

Anthony's presence will be deeply missed by his family and friends. May his kindness and warmth continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to have shared in his journey through life.
