Mr. Bobby Len Bowen was born on March 15, 1972 in Houston, MS to the union of Rev. Bobby and Annie B. Bowen. He departed his life on March 22, 2012.
He confessed hope in Christ at the age of nine at Mt. Pisgah, Wavely MB Church, under the leadership of his father and later became a member of the Christian Hill MB Church under the leadership of his father. He was a member of the Usher Department and male choir. He was an active and faithful member until his health failed.
He also worked as a policeman/sheriff deputy for the cities of West Point, Columbus, and Aberdeen. He leaves to cherish his precious memories; his beautiful wife, Cynthia Plant Bowen of Aberdeen,MS.; three sons, Jacobi Bowen of West Point, MS, Bobby Bowen II and Isaiah Bowen of Clarksville,TN.; Three step-daughters, Chelsea, Ginnerfer, and Kimberly Young all of Aberdeen,MS, his loving parents, Rev. Bobby and Annie Bowen of West Point, MS.,: Three brothers - Mr Timothy (Alfreda) Bowen of West Point, MS., Rev. Alphonso Bowen of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Rev Alvin(Leachell)Bowen of West Point, MS one sister Mrs. April(Rickey) Hines of Columbus, MS and a host of Uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
