Cassie Lee Garth

Cassie Lee Garth, 87, beloved wife, mother, sister, and, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2024 at the North MS Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi. She was born on July 19, 1936, in Monroe County, Mississippi.

Cassie will be remembered for her kind and generous spirit that touched the lives of all who knew her. Her unwavering love and dedication to her family were evident in everything she did.

She is survived by her loving husband Earlie Garth, Sr.; her devoted sons:  Earlie Garth, Jr., Patrick Garth, Clifton Gates, Alvin Hodges, Sammy Garth; and daughters:  Diane Acker, Volisa Eddie, Mashelia Garth, and Kathy Gathings; her supportive brother, J.C. Garth; her caring sister,  Annie S. Talley; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death are her parents James Talley and Cassie Loyd.

The visitation for Cassie Lee Garth will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Belle Memorial Funeral Home in Aberdeen. This will be followed by a funeral service at the same location from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. She will be laid to rest at Mount Olivet M. B. Church Cemetery on Saturday, May 18, 2024, with the burial service starting at 12:00 PM.

Cassie's memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. May she rest in peace.
