He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Coffeeville and a member of the Memphis Scottish Rite Bodies

Services will be held, Saturday, June 15, 2013 at 3 p.m. @ New Hope Baptist in Coffeeville

Visitation- Friday, June 14, 2013 from 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church

Burial- New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery- Coffeeville

He is survived by 1 son, John Lee Sullivan of Bruce, 2 daughters, Anita Goforth and Jennifer Stiedle both of Memphis, TN, 3 brothers, Benny Sullivan (Memphis, TN), Joel Sullivan (Texas), and Tony Sullivan (Yazoo City), 1 sister, Greta Brewer (Coffeeville), and 1 grandchild, Victor Goforth
