Ella Mae Patterson

Ella Mae Patterson, 70,  born on March 30, 1953, in Chickasaw County, Mississippi, made her transition from the realms of this world on Monday, March 11, 2024, in Oxford, Lafayette County, MS. She was a beloved soul who touched the hearts of many throughout her life's journey.

Ella's life will be honored and remembered during the visitation and funeral service to be held on Sunday, March 17, 2024, at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Houston, Mississippi. The visitation will begin at 1:00 PM followed by the funeral service at 2:00 PM. It is a time for family and friends to come together, support one another, and cherish the memories they shared with Ella.

In her lifetime, Ella was blessed with a loving family. She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Bowens, and her mother, Mae Lou Williams. Although she has departed this world, Ella leaves behind a legacy of love and strength that will forever live on through those she held dear.

Among those who will continue to cherish Ella's memory are her son Quincy Patterson; daughters Lakatria Bowens and Chrisa Bowens; sister Ora Snow; along with other relatives and friends who were touched by her kindness and grace.

Ella Mae Patterson's presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to inspire all those who were fortunate enough to have known her. May she rest in peace knowing that she was loved and will always be remembered fondly by those whose lives she brightened with her presence.
