Gerome Conway, 68, born on July 21, 1955, in West Point - Clay County, Mississippi, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at the Care Center of Aberdeen in Aberdeen, Mississippi.
Gerome was a cherished son of the late Arnell Conway and Pearl Green Samuel. He brought immense joy and happiness to their lives. He is preceded in death by two brothers: Calvin Samuel, and Antonio Samuel. Throughout his life, Gerome touched the hearts of those around him left a lasting impact.
Gerome's memory will be fondly remembered and honored during the upcoming services. Visitation will be held at Belle Memorial Funeral Home in Aberdeen, Mississippi on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and share their memories of Gerome during this time.
Following the visitation, a Funeral Service celebrating Gerome's life will take place at Belle Memorial Funeral Home beginning at 2:00 PM. It will be a time for reflection and remembrance as loved ones gather to honor a remarkable individual who touched countless lives.
Gerome is survived by his sons Frederick Conway and Jeffrey Conway, as well as his daughter Tracy Conway. He was an adoring father who provided unwavering support and love to his children throughout their lives. Gerome's presence will continue to shine through them as they carry forward his legacy. Gerome also leaves to cherish his undying memories, five sisters: Dorothy Hubbard, Charlene Randle, Angela Samuel, Beverly Carter, and Lilly Floyd; four brothers: Anthony Samuel, Lloyd Samuel, Johnny Samuel, and Marvin Samuel.
Gerome's genuine kindness and cheerful demeanor made him a beloved figure in the community. With a heart full of compassion, he would always offer a helping hand to those in need. His selflessness inspired many and left an indelible mark on everyone he encountered.
In addition to being a pillar of strength within his family, Gerome had an adventurous spirit. He had an insatiable thirst for knowledge and was known for exploring new horizons.
