With sincere sympathy, we announce the passing of Howard L. Powell, 66, on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Tupelo Nursing and Rehab Center in Tupelo, MS.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 2 pm at Union Grove Cemetery.

Visitation services will be held on Friday, November 26, 2021 from 4-6 pm at Belle Memorial Funeral Home-Bruce.
