Rev. James Earl Bell, 52 of Pittsboro, MS died Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2013 at North MS Medical Center in Tupelo.
He was a member of Jackson Chapel M.B. Church in Bruce, MS where he served as an associate minister, bible class teacher, youth department director, praise and worship leader, and a keyboard and bass guitar player. He was employed at Pontotoc Electric for the past 33 years, He also enjoyed fishing and spending his time with his wife and children.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Janice D. Bell, 2 sons, Mario Thompson, Bruce and Christopher Bell, Pittsboro, 1 daughter, Bethany Banks, Broadview, IL, his father, Revertis (Shirley) Bell, 1 brother, Tommy Bell, Bruce, and 7 sisters, Virgie Madkins, Bruce, Willie Hosch, Tupelo, Ruby Tolson, St. Louis, MO, Jeanette BoBo, Bruce, Pearlie Joseph, Davenport, IW, Charlotte Franklin, Hampton, VA, and Gwendolyn Johnson, Olive Branch.
Services will be held Sunday, Oct. 6, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Jackson Chapel M.B. Church
Visitation will be Saturday, Oct. 5, 2013 from 4-6 p.m at the funeral home
