Lee Robert McNamee

Lee Robert McNamee, 66, beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away on Friday, August 9, 2024, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo,. He was born on July 15, 1958, in Bruce, Calhoun County, MS. Lee's journey on this earth may have come to an end, but his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved.

The McNamee family invites relatives and friends to join in remembering Lee at the Belle Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce, MS. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, starting at 2:00 PM and concluding at 4:00 PM. The community will also have the opportunity to pay their respects during a viewing at Zion Springs Missionary Baptist Church on Thursday, August 15, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at the same location beginning at 11:00 AM.

Lee was the cherished son of George McNamee (deceased, Father) and Nancy Taylor (deceased, Mother). He was a loving brother to Willie McNamee, Odell McNamee, George McNamee, Johnny B. McNamee, and Bill McNamee. In addition to his brothers, Lee is survived by his sisters, Ella Williams and Annette Freelon.

Lee McNamee's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His kindness, humor, and unwavering love for his family and friends will be remembered fondly by those whose lives he touched.
