​Pastor Larry Mays was the pastor of Sabougla M.B. Church in Calhoun City and Red Hill M.B. Church in Eupora, MS. He was also a member St. Luke Lodge 37 B in Bruce, MS

​He is survived by his wife, Ludine Mays, three daughters, Tasha Phillips, Ranetta  Mays, and Tisha Mays, 4 brothers and 7 sisters
