Richard Lenoir, Jr. was born on February 2, 1949, to Mattie DeVauld and Richard Lenoir,Sr. He departed this life on March 6, 2012.

Richard confessed to Christ at an early age where he joined New Hebron MB Church. Richard moved to Milwaukee, WI. Where he drove trucks and worked at Richards Manufacture until he became ill and returned to Mississippi.

Richard married Catherine Moore and out of this union was three beautiful daughters; Rochelle Lenoir, Alison Lenoir, and Victoria (Michael) Howard; six special grandchildren, Kani Allison, Marcedes Laster, Diamond Matthews, Rodney Matthews, Jaylon Batemon, and Lamont McKee; three great-grandchildren, Kaylee Allison, My'ki Matthews-Howard, and Serenity Laster all of Milwaukee,WI. He also leaves to cherish his memory, his father, Rev. Richard Lenoir, Sr., of Chicago,IL; six sisters, Amanda Boggan, Maedean Hampton, Barbara Lenoir, all of Aberdeen, Ms, Jerdean Chandler of Okolona, Ms., Essie(Patrick)Hogan of Hamilton, Ms., and Ola Mae Lenior Rodgers of Chicago, IL; four brothers, Walker (Gladys) Devauld, Connel(Benitas) Hampton, Shelby Hampton, all of Aberdeen,MS; two uncles; four aunts; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mattie Devauld
