Sidney Lenoir

Sidney Lenoir, 95, 0f Prairie, MS died Sunday, July 7, 2013 at his home.

He was a member of Baptist Grove M.B. Church. He was a carpenter and farmer for many years. He enjoyed baseball and the Wheel of Fortune, and spending time with his family.

Services will be held Thursday, July 11, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Baptist Grove M.B. Church in Prairie

Burial will follow in the Lenoir Cemetery in Prairie.

Visitation: Wednesday, July 10, 2013 from 2-6 p.m. at the funeral chapel.

He is survived by his wife, Annie Mae Lenoir, 4 sons, James Lenoir, St, Louis, MO, Sidney Earl Lenoir, Prairie, Tony Lenoir (Pamela) of WestPoint, Tommy McNairy (Velma), St. Louis, MO, 4 daughters, Alice Walker (Carsie), Matteson, Il, Dorothy Lenoir, Alexandria, VA, Shelia Lenoir, Atlanta, GA, and Yonique Lenoir, Memphis, TN, 1 brother, Jimmie Lenoir, Detroit, MI, 1 sister, Essie Gide, Detroit, MI, 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren
