W. H. Hampton, 71 of Aberdeen, MS died Sunday, August 10, 2014 at his home.

Services: Saturday, August 16, 2014 at Sulphur Springs M.B. Church in Hamilton, MS at 1:00 p.m.

Visitation: Friday, August 15, 2014 from 2-7 p.m. at the funeral home

Interment: Willis Cemetery, Hamilton, MS

He worked on several construction jobs and enjoyed hunting, fishing, animals and the outdoors.

He is survived by his wife, Ida Fields Hampton, five sons, Donnie, Rodney,and Derrick Hampton, and Benjamin Hayes and Daryl Long, two daughters, Sonya Hampton and Ebony Jones, one brother, Melvin (Jody) Hampton, 20 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren
