William C. Marion was born to the late Henson and Bessie Mae Marion on June 11,1936 in Lee County,MS. He attended Nettleton, Line Miss. Public School where he grew up and also was a good student. He confessed Christ at an early age.

In 1957 he was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Hildred Marion Weatherspoon and to this union two daughters were born; Donna Sue Walton of Nettleton, MS and Joyce Mathis(Joe) of New Albany, MS.

Preceding him in death are his father, mother, two brothers, Jimmie Marion and Johnny Marion and one sister, Earlene Wheeler.
He leaves to mourn one brother, Herbert Grant,Jr.; two sisters, Evelyn Jones and Mary A. O'Neal. Two aunts, one uncle, 6- grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, favorite great-granddaughter, Jamaica Walton and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
